A run down little house right near mine owned by Calvary hospital.
I love the colours of the room and how it's quite run down. I've looked around at a few abandoned houses and I think this is the one I definitely want to use.
I've been trying to get in contact with whoever owns the bulding through cavalry and I have sent this email to people listed on their website that deal with properties and questions.
My name is Kyan O'Rourke. I am a currently enrolled student at the University of Tasmania, living in Lenah Valley. Currently, I am working on a stop motion for my final year major project and I have been looking for locations to shoot in.
I was told the house number 38 on Joynton st was owned by Calvary hospital and I wanted to see if this was accurate. If so, I would like to submit a formal request to shoot in the house. It is exact the location I am looking for. My formal request would include what dates and for how long I would need to shoot for. I am aiming for this to be during July through to October. If I am not emailing the correct person(s), please forward this email to whom it concerns. I would need the key to this premises, or access by someone with a key at the specific dates. I would return the key at the suspended time of shooting.
I realize such a proposal would need a level of trust; if needed I will gather some signatures with a statement from others stating that I will not steal objects on the property, damage the properly or have the key copied. I will provide my address to you as well as all my phone numbers and proof of identity. Signatures would be from my tutorial teacher I would also provide numbers verbal confirmation if needed.
